Mono pitch sheds are also known as skillion roof or lean-to sheds. The roofs all slope one way. They are faster to build and well suited to rural applications, providing shelter for tractors, machinery, implements, animals, stock, and feed.

Is a mono pitch shed cheaper than a gable shed?

Mono pitch sheds can be more cost-effective than gable sheds due to their simpler roof design and reduced structural complexity. However, the wider spans can become more expensive, if you like the idea of having clear open spans like you would with a gable shed, it’s a good idea to compare designs and all options.

Our mono pitch sheds are 6 and 9 degree roof pitches as standard. They can have an apron along the front wall to help prevent rain getting in and can be fully clad or roof-only.

We supplied the kitset shed and installed the concrete slab, water tank and drainage to get the project off to a great start. Now it's over to him to bring the shed to life.
