When we install a full turnkey shed, we manage the complete project or only specific parts of the job depending on your needs. Every project is different, so flexibility is key. If you choose to handle the building consent process yourself, we do not charge for guidance or support.

Once plans are finalised and approved, site preparation, concrete work, and delivery are coordinated to keep the project running efficiently. Planning, Design, and Council Approvals
Once a deposit is received, we create detailed plans, a producer statement, and structural calculations. These, along with all relevant supporting documents, are submitted to the council for building consent. We monitor the application throughout the council process to ensure it progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinated Construction and Delivery
Once building consent is approved, the shed is ordered and site/concrete works begin. By timing the concrete work and kit delivery together (weather permitting), we ensure the project runs efficiently. Using our own builders and specialized equipment, we avoid delays and maintain high-quality standards from start to finish.
On-Time, Professional Project Management
Experienced project management is critical. For example, engineers specify concrete cutting 24 hours after the pour. With our own equipment and expertise, this is done precisely on time. Experienced builders, not salespeople, ensure every detail is done correctly.
