Flexible Turnkey Shed Projects
When you choose a full turnkey shed, we handle the entire project from start to finish. We can also manage specific parts of the job if required — every project is different, so flexibility is important.
If you prefer to handle parts of the process yourself, such as building consent, we can still support you along the way at no additional cost.
Planning, Design, and Council Approvals
Once a deposit is received, we create detailed plans, a producer statement, and structural calculations. These are submitted to council along with all required supporting documents for building consent. We follow the application through the consent process, making sure everything progresses smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
Coordinated Construction and Delivery
Once consent is approved, we order your shed and begin site works and concrete. By coordinating these stages with delivery (weather permitting), we keep the project moving efficiently. Using our own builders and equipment allows us to maintain control over quality and timing, avoiding unnecessary hold-ups.
On Site and In Control
Once the job starts, we stay on it until it is complete. Each stage is carried out properly and in the correct order. For example, engineers may specify that concrete is cut 24 hours after pouring. Because we have the right equipment and experience, this is done at the right time not when it suits someone else’s schedule. Project management is best handled by experienced builders who understand the process, not just salespeople coordinating from a distance.
